Ingredients
-2 chickens breasts
-3 carrots
-3 celery stalks
-4-5 small potatoes,washed but not peeled
-1 onion
-1/2 cup of rice or noodles
-1 Oxo chicken cube
-Salt,pepper
Step One
-Wash well the chicken breasts,under cold water
-Cut vegetables in big chunks
-Place all ingredients apart from the rice in the same pan,and add water to the saucer,so it covers the vegetables and the chicken breasts.Add the salt and pepper
Step Two
-Boil the content of the pot,until the chicken falls off the bones,and the vegetables are soft enough to put your fork through them-That usually takes about 30-40 minutes,it will take reasonably less if you use a pressure cooker.Remove bones and skin from the chicken.Add the pieces of chicken back into the pan.
-Add the rise about 10 minutes before you remove the pot from the fire
Step Three
-Enjoy your soup!!Lemon juice does add flavour to the chicken soup and so does ground pepper.
